A Little Background is ALWAYS useful. This Photo was taken during the Polish Independence Day Marches in 2012. Seems things were a little too peaceful for some Anarchists who decided to “Spice Up” the Festivals with Fire Crackers and Molotov Cocktails. The “Person” so non-nonchalantly walking away has just thrown a Molotov (notice the Glow in the Background) which has just burned a Cop and a number of Bystanders. Well over 100 people were injured by these Loons along with a number of Policemen. Not only does this type of Behavior get you an Enthusiastic Welcome by the Police, but you are likely to find that the Rest of the Crowd will Cheer the Police on.
Almost as Funny as All Caps is the the Effort to Enhance one’s sense of Indignation by randomly Capitalizing every other Noun or Verb.
