    I am a B’Ob supporter but to be fair, he is trying to ban a great many types of rifles, including several of the most common types in the country.     I guess none of you live in NY, nor read any news about the new AWB. Sure, Obama didn’t kick in the door and grab the gun himself. But that’s like saying Binladen shouldn’t be responsible because he wasn’t on the plant of 911.
    NY gun owners now have a year to turn in their now illegal “High Capcity” Assault Weapon (any thing holds more than 7rd in a magazine).

    The State law Violates the U.S. Constitution. Until the Fourteenth Amendment is repeated, such a law can not legally exist.

    I dont see the problem. In many states you can become a reserve police officer with minimal training. At that point, all of the regulations are null and void.
