You can “declarate” yourself to the death, as long as people (especially people in charge) believe that copying=stealing, you can hack airlines, nuclear power plants through the Internet, it won’t matter. As long as mp3Polices, and other “Intelectual property” defenders have the ear of politicians, you only gonna get changes that benefit them, like free* and open* Internet.
I see a bit of a conflict between principles #4 and #5.
