In terms of power: Belgarath > Dumbledore > Unknown Discworld Wizard > A hobbit > Gandalf.
Not sure about comparing their powers but you’re probably right. All very wise though.
Ridicully (Discworld) is the Arch-Chancellor of Unseen University for almost all of the books.
