Thats an “H2” Hummer which is just a light body truck with a stupid body on it that is sold to idiots who are willing to pay more than double for the “Hummer” logo. Jacking it up like that actually makes it less useful than a simple truck.
So I’ll quote the great Mrak Twain and say the driver is “an idiot of the 33rd degree”…
