I’m guessing that it launches a pantload of foam for either plane fires or raves..
either way…
You can’t be a firefighter, when there’s no fire.
And if it’s for raves, at least it has the lights to go with it.
Silly…it’s for lighting back fires during wildland fires. Works better than a fusee or drip torch 😉
Of course one could just fire white phosphorus rounds from their AK-47…
