Looks like the bike-riding/walking/jogging/roller-blading/skate-boarding path near Venice Beach or Santa Monica. I love it down there, especially the Venice area. Santa Monica seems too “touristy” to me, whereas Venice is artsy and has a “counter culture” feel to it. Lots more weirdos (in a good way) at Venice.
