Some people need to get the sticks out of their asses. It’s been a while since we’ve seen any plane pics, and these ones are really interesting. I’ve never seen a plane with the cockpit so off center.

    lhamilt2

that’s stupid as hell! there is a reason the cockpit in between the wings on normal planes!

Hmm.I`ve seen the Blohm & Voss reconnaissance plane, but the one that resembles a Lockheed Constellation is new to me.

Oh goody, a flying conservatory! Take your prize petunias to the air raid!

    MalcoveMagnesia

did such a plane ever exist, aside from the active imagination of some rendering artist?

    Error401

Yeah, all kinds of crazy shit was built and flown.

Kind of surprised Ackack didn’t post links to the real deal.

Wait, how did they compensate for that? Both wings look the same size, so wouldn’t it always tilt to the right?

After all these years I still get fucked in the head with Bernoulli’s principle.

i figured they’d extend the fuel tank from the body of the plane into the left wing to counter weight the cockpit, but even then the agility of the plane would suffer.

Is anyone else thinking that if there was a WWII remake of Starwars, those planes could be the B-wings?

    HoChunk

    No, but I’m thinking this:

“She may not look like much, but she’s got it where it counts, kid.
I’ve made a lot of special modifications myself.”
