odd, but this is clearly intentional, as there is a cable attached in order to keep the other ship on the correct angle. Guess it got stuck??

I think that was after the barge hit it, to ensure the other vessel doesn’t capsize. The oil ship can probably push both ships just fine. I think the shot was maybe taken right after the ship was secured and the oil ship started to move forward.

Also, I really don’t know what I’m talking about.
