Marvel Girl was the name of X-Men’s Jean Grey before someone realized how silly it sounded and decided that she’d be the only one of the main X-Men without a funny name (until she turned into Phoenix, of course).
The outfit in the pic belongs to Mary Marvel. Specifically, it’s the outfit she got during “Countdown” when she got her powers from Black Adam. And, yes, that’s the hottest outfit she’s ever had.
