It safe to assume this isn’t in the southern USA. “Undulations?” “Whut’s a un-dool-a-shuns?”
This sign also makes me think of little people that look like undulations running around. Kind of like those “Slow Children” signs.

and it made perfect sense to me when i saw it. but then again we have alot of undulations here in florida and riding them is a pretty populat past time.
undulations? here in louisiana we call them things “speed lumps” or even “speed tables”. undulations wtf? srsly
