so do knives, cars, baseball bats, even pencils can be deadly weapons. shall we enact restrictions similar to gun permit laws to regulate all those as well??? for example: if you are a convicted felon you may not own, posess or use a pencil??? the gun is not the problem, the person behind it is, same with cars and everything else i mentioned. if i wanted to kill someone there are literally 1000’s of ways i could do it without ever touching a gun. let’s put strict regulations on all of those too!!!
