    Yeah, whenever I have to deal with Indian tech support folks on the phone they sound all “^^^^ ^^^^ ^^^^^^^ ^^ ^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^ ^^^^,” to me too.

    They all use a standardized answer book for most problems you call in with, even the North American help desks do, which is why you may get frustrated when it appears they aren’t paying attention to your detailed issue and repeating the same lines over and over…
