Look at those tracks, they’re rusted to hell, which means that they are rarely used, and probably a good place to take a nap.

@...natedog: Those are concrete railroad ties. Which probably rules out a US location, they’re only starting to catch on here.

And from the amount of rust that is on the rail, it hasn’t been run on for quite a few days, possibly years. I can’t tell without a bigger picture. Oh, I see bluebec has already commented on that.
