First of all, that’s a lie. You can get AIDS from sex acts other than fanny or bum sex (which, btw, to Americans, is a very confusing statement, because in America a “fanny” is a rather innofensive term meaning one’s bum).
Second of all, I have never known a woman to be up for fisting except with a known, long stnading, safe partner (except in porn). When exactly are we supposed to be having fist sex with unsafe partners?
Fisting does stop AIDS if you wear some rubber gloves I guess.
