This guy is so awesome and full of winnar that he doesn’t need to wear clothes that are up to date or match his socks or cut his hair or not make signs that only have relevance to surfers.

Actually, I don’t believe that’s the ‘hang lose’ hand sign he’s doing there. The pinky is supposed to be out from the hand, not up against it. I think what he’s offering is known as ‘the shocker’.
