    Shit like this makes me proper mad. Go read up on the death of the electric street car for more fun. GM and a bunch of thugs bought them all, scrapped them, turned the scrap into asphalt, and told the cities to use buses. Everyone hated the cramped buses so they bought cars instead.

    Isn’t it great to be hoodwinked, only for the event to be lost in the obscurity of history?
