Okay, I’ve only been to NYC once so help me out here. If I’m not mistaken, this is a shot of lower Manhattan with what is now known as the Trump Tower almost centered in the picture (tallest building with the pyramid on the roof). Am I right? Do I win the internets?

The Trump Tower existed in 1942?

    @ mike
That was my error, it should be Trump Building, originally known as The Bank of the Manhattan Company Building, located @ 40 Wall Street and was opened in 1930.

    I guess I don’t win the internets.

I like the modern New York because it isn’t in black and white
