Im sorry but i don’t think this is real for personal reasons. I for one have been smoking bud since i was 13 and i have never thrown a tantrum nor have i ever known anyone who would ever throw one over not being able to smoke bud.
oh and another thing, the stem of that bong(the gold part where u put the bud)looks nothing like a real stem and looks totally fake.
also there is no city in the article or writer which there would be if this was a true article in the news.

The article says something about the Northern Territories, so I’m guessing this is from Canada. Notice that upon close inspection you’ll find that there is no weed in the bowl of the bong. this is clearly right-wing propaganda.

I think it’s referring to Northern Territories in Australia. It may seem strange to us, but the article is actually celebrating child drug use as a rite of passage into adulthood. Darwin is a sick and twisted place.
i believe Carbon Copy is correct, Darwin is an ungodly place. They sell mentholated spirits in the fridge there so that “bums” can get em cold [apparently its safe to drink after being filter through a loaf of bread]
