   I prefer the N[exactly]SFW as it would better fit with the posts and keep the page from being too long.

   It also better goes with the style/brand already established on m[c]s. Plus it can be reproduced via text only.

   The big button is okay, but really needs to be smaller. It is a little too big at the requested 700×700.

   I like this, but it has the problem of being a giant NSFW that people could easily read from nearby… which kind of defeats the purpose of the filter to begin with. You don’t want people thinking you’re looking at NSFW things.

   I don’t know if having big “NSFW” text would be a good thing for any co-worker to see on an office computer screen. I’d think just an icon without the text (e.g. the lock, or sunglasses) would get the point across just as well.

we need an image for “not exactly safe for work”

We need a work-safe image for use in place of the text on all the “not exactly safe for work” posts.

The image should be around 700×700 pixels in dimension, just submit it as a regular image, mentioning somewhere in the post that it’s supposed to be as a placeholder text for the NESFW posts.

Also, I fixed a couple things to combat two issues:
Duplicated content on the second page
Slow as fuck MCS

If you have any future problems with the site, let me know in the forums, where we can verify what’s going on.

 

EDITED: you can tag them “NESFW Placeholder”

       Yeah, so maybe twice the width of an ad? Plus, there will be two or three per page on average; anyone who visits more than once will learn to recognize them. I’m just concerned that if a third of the length of the page is the same image you have to slog through, it will bore people.
