  • Phyreblade: @Dreth: It's really amazing just how powerful a movies soundtrack can be. It wasn't until I listened to people like Ennio Morricone and John Williams work on their own that I really understood. Awesome... Just awesome.....
  • Phyreblade: Looks like Gleaming......
  • Phyreblade: Rambo. The Epic. I haven't seen the last one either, but from I hear, it's actually surprisingly good......
  • Phyreblade: Wait, there is a movie!? WHY DID I NOT GET THE MEMO?!?!...
  • Phyreblade: @tiki god: Agreed. One of the best movie adaptations out there. Excellent CGI, excellent execution, true to character, the works....
  • dieAntagonista: Pure love. Man this theme day could go on forever, wit dope shit like this, I seriously can't complain....
  • 7footJesus: Got this in the mail. Watched about 5 minutes before deciding it was one-sided propaganda garbage. "Osama Bin Laden's scary! Phear the terra-ists! Give up your rights or they're gonna gitchoo!"...
  • Phyreblade: @Puulaahi: Yeah i heard about that. A few sequels from what I understand... Who wouldathunkit?...
  • outofocus: @the3g_ipwn: The first time I heard fubar was that movie in "Tango and Cash". The only things I remember about that movie are my aunt and my mom talking about the actors' nude butts, them sliding on a power line out of the prison and the usage of "fubar". It was probably in prior movies but I have no recollection....
  • Phyreblade: @flood123: You know that is the thing I really like about her. She seems so nice. There are lots of hot women in Hollywood. Few of them have a personality and even fewer are just plain nice on top of that. JA FTW!...
  • dieAntagonista: @MonkeyHitman: True. It's actually my absolute favourite zombie movie, even if I want to have Romero's babies. The monster at the end was the loveliest zombie monster I've ever seen. It looked so real, it made my brain climax....
  • 7footJesus: Best. Image Dump. Evar....
  • Phyreblade: Indeed, one of the best......
  • Phyreblade: Boris Karloff... Another original King of Horror......
  • dieAntagonista: Holy shit. A movie with Bale by Werner fucking Herzog?! How the hell did I miss this one....
  • Phyreblade: Hail to the king baby!...
  • Phyreblade: OK. If you run any department on software that has to be recoded in order to accommodate something as mundane as firing a bunch of employees (be it 1 or 100,000), then you deserve everything you get....
  • dieAntagonista: @Phyreblade: T-Virus FTW. I see yes I do enjoy fiction which isn't too far from reality, since it makes it only scarier. Since I enjoy being scared I can't really say anything against your perspective. No I understand perfectly what you're trying to say. I'll rewatch 28 days later sometime and see if I feel any different about it thinking that way. I too am a huge Sci-Fi/Horror fan, glad to see another one who knows so much about all things zombie....
  • Skifter: Also....does he remind anyone else of Stan Lee? http://www.imdb.com/media/rm3208092160/nm0001681 http://www.imdb.com/media/rm4236351488/nm0498278...
  • Phyreblade: I would absolutely Ilsa forth......
  • MonkeyHitman: [Rec] was the shit...
  • Phyreblade: @dieAntagonista: The message of this particular movie or of the whole halloween franchise? :)...
  • Phyreblade: Craig is a different Bond. I wouldn't necessarily say he's better though. That is comparing apples an oranges imo. Connery and Brosnan were playing the same (and I daresay the original) Bond. Craig is not....
  • Samael: Go watch this. Interesting movie....
  • tink1272: Is that an Iggy? I have one, too!!! I love him! :-)...
  • Skifter: @ home, drinking my emergency bottle of Tullamore Dew, smoking a carton of non-filter Lucky Strikes, watching Denis Leary's No Cure for Cancer special, marinating myself in barbeque sauce...because honestly, I know I wouldn't last long :(...
  • Mayyday: Shiny....
  • Phyreblade: AKA the trippiest Muppet movie ever made. Up there right next to Labyrinth......
  • dieAntagonista: I am deeply in love with Romero, but I must say I was disappointed. Still I enjoyed it very much, when it comes to zombies I take what I get. The concept is flawless, it was a smart move by him to use the shaky unprofessional camera technique. But I wasn't too impressed with the actors and they got seriously annoying at one point. The movie [Rec] by those Spaniards is what Diary of the Dead could have been....
  • Phyreblade: Malkovich seems to like the idea of being other people, or other people being him doesn't he... Anyone remember Line of Fire?...
  • SeriousSidious69: "1.21 giggawats of power!" Oh come on, it wasn't THAT bad....
  • Phyreblade: I loved each and every one of the Mad Max movies. One of the better post apocalyptic plots out there......
  • SeriousSidious69: "Howdy Doodie Dad!" That shit was hilarious...
  • conan776: I'm just going to leave this here http://www.thenoobcomic.com/index.php?pos=6...
  • thelotuseater725: Highly underrated movie....
  • Phyreblade: Chucks gun discipline is fine. It's the old guy I'm worried about......
  • dieAntagonista: @wookie_x: More people have been killed in wars for whatever stupid reason than by the Al-Quaeda. Doesn't make it any better just because it wasn't in the name of religion. And in the end where is the actual difference, isn't ending the life of one person just as bad as ending the lives of one hundred? There is no excuse for either group. @ieattime20: Well those people weren't born brainwashed like that. There are few people who spread radical Islam like a disease, they are the root of the problem. Yes it is organised crime, but religion has little to do with it at that point. Their leaders abuse those people's beliefs to brainwash them. You could do that with anybody, using what's important in their life....
  • Pants: This is actually a good movie, I picked it up just because George A. Romero's name was on it. Anything he backs has to be good, eh? Also, LOTS OF POSTS....
  • Phyreblade: The idea was interesting imho... The implementation... well, I dunno about brilliant. The illustrative mechanism used was... Trippy. for lack of a better word......
  • conan776: Now tell me, in single words, only the good things that come into your mind when you think about your mother?...
  • Phyreblade: I care too, though not so much, because the movie actually did a good job of illustrating the paradoxes of robotic morality that the books did, as well as how easily they could be circumvented......
  • Pants: Pie...
  • Pants: I used to watch this all the time when I was a kid, now all i can remember is some door and a shiny thing...
  • Snoosey: Other than the first five minutes, which features a young, naked Jane Fonda, one of the worst movies I've ever seen....
  • SeriousSidious69: GET TO THE CHOPPER!!!...
  • Pants: Look at that knot on the side there, that shit musta had branches!...
  • Pants: When I saw this on opening night, the entire theater stood and shouted, many of them profanities....
  • Phyreblade: I liked the movie too, though I will admit to having never heard the original radio sketch or read the books that followed......
  • Pants: I have a poster for this on my ceiling, and the way it's hung, his neck looks even weirder...
  • Pants: Looks hot....
  • Pants: @Skifter: Love Fatboy Slim. Thanks for the link there skifty....
  • Pants: WE ARE GOING TO EAT YOU!...
  • Pants: This movie had one song throughout it, and it didn't get old. Amazing....
  • Phyreblade: Damned dirty apes FTW!...
  • Disgustipater: Best movie ever....
  • Dreth: I love this, I have it on VHS....
  • goforbroke: 11.50? damn and i thought prices were high in my area at 7.50...
  • Pants: I liked that part from that show where the dude he said that line and I was all woah...
  • Pants: @the3g_ipwn: TROPICAL THUNDER! SAVING PRIVATE RYAN! EVERY WAR MOVIE!...
  • Pants: I see a straw in the middle there, but where milkshake?...
