Yeah, I think they’re all done with production of The Black Knight. Ledger was working on a new movie but they had to halt production of it after his death, so now they somehow have to alter the script where his character is killed off.

The Dark Knight is finished filming. post production is almost finished. the movie that you are refering to is The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus by Terry Gilliam. He is now in post production to finish the film with a Heath Ledger CGI double.

That’s not set in stone yet. If it works out to be more costly to replace him or shoot the majority of the movie with his back facing the camera then the insurance company will close production. CGI would be pretty costly and potentially look real fuckin bad.

Filming of The Dark Knight was complete. When Heath Ledger died, the movie was in POST-Production, which means that they were done filming and that they were in editing, sound, and special effects. I believe that even the majority of that was finished at the time of his death. Regardless, the movie is in the can and awaiting release.

I saw this. It’s a TV show that you watcho relax yourself, and just to see how other people react to certain situations. No super special effects or amazing plots.

Yeah, I wish Mandy was in it, but I can do without Daisy (and the awkward British guy). I’m not a fan of shows coming back after a long hiatus, because it seems like the life is taken out of them, or they want to overcommercialize it to ensure it’s profitable, and it loses it’s appeal. I also thought it worked well as a series, it had potential for ongoing weekly (or episode-ly) issues, and a good long-term (series/season/show) plot. I just hope they don’t ruin it by making it a movie.

America (and Canada and the UK) is in desperate need for proportional representation for its legistlatures: The power of the president is massively exagerated. Have you noticed that Bush hasn’t been getting into much shit since the dems took over in congress? There’s a reason. A multiparty system isn’t feasable for a one-man position, really. Multi-party shines in the legislature. Do you realize that in virtually every multi-party republic (republic in the traditional meaning), the Head-of-State is still two-party? But it doesn’t fucking matter what the pres is because the legislature does and should have so much more power?

The one major power the pres *does* have is running the civil service. Howabout making the entire cabinet elected, ensuring accountability is spread around instead of just having one ruler of the entire civil service?

What fairvote is doing should be last on the list of electoral reform. The fact that Americans allow themselves so much time to dwell on the first trivialities thrown infront of them between Big Macs is probably the reason so many of them are unaware of what positive changes are possible. Your idleness and lemming-like nature will always leave your system fucked.

Instead of having a jack-of-all-trades CIC we can really vote for someone who is master of their profession.

Actually, I was stating for Palms that I don’t hold all Europeans accountable for the actions of one idiot, so I hope that not all Europeans consider every American the stereotype that is shown on TV. I own one gun (a Mossberg Model 500 “Persuader” 12ga Shotgun that I LOVE!!) and plan on owning at least 4 more, each with a specific purpose in mind. I could go on at length, but this isn’t the right forum (not that that stops anyone else).

I supported Merkel at first, because anything is better than her predecessor Schröder and I thought with a grand coalition things would now forward instead of being blocked by the great parties bickering about. But now they’re bickering about even more and even less happens (because grand coalitions don’t work). I’m glad that she’s leaning towards the USA instead of Russia, like Schröder, but in matters of the interior we have some kind of a standstill and that she, too, is responsible for that. But I think that this is not only the case in Germany.

Well, from a few Asian people I have talked to who are friends of a friend of mine from high school (“So what does that make us?” “Absolutely nothing.”) say that they hate niggers too, because it isn’t racist for them (blacks) to insult them (Asians). So, I give that point creedence. 90%? Perhaps 90% of the blacks this douchebag encounters, but as far as 90% of the total black population, probably not.

For the record, I was never “afraid” of the Axis of Anything, because I know our military might is pretty much unsurpassed by any rival, and I would not like to see the results of a war with any allies of ours (America/USA) because it would be horrific.
