    My only complaint is wtf was up with the random black-goo “zombie” thing? I thought that was very outside of where they were taking the bio-weapon idea.

    In a macro sense, I love the film and story. I found the lead actress/character to be incredibly annoying, naive, and much too innocent for an alpha female protagonist.

    There’s too much ambiguity but it is indeed a solid Alien prequel. It just got chopped up too much by too many people.

    It was: hey that’s genius…here’s my input. Over and over. So 1 good idea got ass fucked by about a dozen studio jews with no brains.

    The goo has it’s own story you never get clarity on. That’s the case with most of the parts that “sucked”. They don’t suck with context but alone ya…unless you’re willing to accept some moronic behaviour then it’s gonna seem stupid. It’s for sure not the best thing ever. I was hoping for a lot more out of it. Instead we got something pretty rudimentary.

    I don’t mind the ambiguity if we actually get the trilogy it’s meant to be a part of.

    If we get to the end of a third movie and they still haven’t adequately explained what the black goo does, THEN errbody should get all mad and shit.
