Yay, babies! =D I just had my 2nd son a 3-1/2 weeks ago. We had a home birth with a midwife and it was SO MUCH better than the hospital! I totally recommend it (provided everybody's healthy). Also HypnoBabies was full of win IMO.

lulz it's funny that I find boxed cereal, canned spinach, and not fresh-squeezed orange juice to be unhealthy. Not that I'm not having two of them right now... I love me some preservatives, man. They still ARE better than fast food, candy, and soda, though.

I miss my Leelee. He lives halfway across the country with my mom. This is when I went to visit a few months ago… he LOVES climbing on my shoulders. Sorry the pictures are blurry, we have a lame camera.

   it looks weird because your light filter is set on something other than ‘automatic’ or ‘inside’ – mostly it is set on ‘outside’

   when taking pictures where there are florescent bulbs and little to no natural light, have it set on ‘inside’ or ‘auto’

   @Flammy: Actually *I* (not it) looks weird because I don’t look very much like myself in that picture. It’s a built-in webcam with NO lighting controls.

   I am actually quite adept as gauging white balance and setting my camera up accordingly. It’s a good thing or else the wedding I’m shooting next weekend might not come out so well.

About the Photograph:
Dave Stanley has been digging graves at the Gravel Hill Cemetery in Cheshire, Ohio, for the past year. He was laid off from the Community Action Center and was asked to take the cemetery job. The town of Cheshire has been bought out by the Gavin Power Plant. Some older community members will stay until their end. Stanley says once the older folks die off in the town the cemetery will die with them. This photograph is part “Coal and Consequences”, Jim’s long term personal project about coal and it’s effects on the environment, people and communities.

    Fuck Mettalica. Listen to the ten song preview. Its not awful music, but I certainly don’t think the claim that they’ve returned to their start or that this is the return of a heavy Metallica or any of that shit makes any sense. I heard one song on there that made me even slightly interested and his voice could easily be Weird Al.

    I own Death Magnet and Metallica is definitely back, Hard riffs, looong guitar solos that at times sound like And Justice For All/ Master of Puppets… Doesn’t sound anything like crap Load/Reload and certainly not like the last beyond crap album. I know it’s cool to hate Metallica and after the last album, I understand. But give em a chance. They have come a long way, new producer and no more alcohollica. The old 80′s Metallica will never completely return, they are too old. Reality does not work like that. Only works if you are ACDC.

    @nyokki: Honestly, I prefer skinny chicks because I am average/skinny and I don’t want the girl to be bigger then me. It makes her think she is the more dominant one of the relationship and also several other key factors like not being able to lay on me or me being able to actually pick her up, carry her on my shoulders, move her freely during sex aggressively…etc…

    Fat is sort of a turnoff when you have been skinny all your life. Especially when you see her drinking nothing but soda…it makes you think.
