I had to borrow the previous bands guitar, as unfortunately, a much needed string broke on mine. Also, it’s been a while since I’ve posted. Seems the site has gotten quite popular tiki! I’ve been browsing it since, oh geez, I want to say 4 years now, maybe longer, you’re doing a bang-up job!

This was at my last show, last year. We played Battle of the Bands. We tied for first. It was my best show ever. I’ll never forget, they called band after band, and the crowd was apathetic. Then they called our band (next to last) and the entire place erupted. Surreal. That was the best experience of my life, second to the birth of my son (I got to watch the C-Section and see all her guts n stuff, that was great) We have a demo, I’m no longer in the band, at myspace.com/silencedband – I for one, believed we needed to flesh out our songs more, the other guitarist just wanted to get riffs out and call it quits. Creative differences I would say, the songs could have been so much better.

Some of the Kashi cereals are pretty good (honey almond flax was my favorite but I just discovered the “Cinnamon Crumble”) but yes, any cereal that openly brags about fiber “twigs” on the front of the box isn’t meant to be eaten, it’s meant to be burned.

I have to admit, I ate it and found it just…. “whatevs.” Taste didn’t bother me at all, but it didn’t exactly send me into orgasm; and when only some crumblies were left in the bottom, I’d get some Honey Peanut Butter on a spoon and rub it around the bottom of the box/bag and ate that as well.
