Being from Houston, I was really impressed with Chicago’s efforts to beautify the city. IMO, Millenium Park is a truly beautiful place for outdoor recreation set in a gorgeous city well-built for business & shopping.

Mecom-Rockwell Fountain in Hermann Park, Houston, TX. It’s role, according to the city, is to not only serve as an introduction to Hermann Park, but also light the way for visitors to the Museum Disctrict of Houston.
I just think it looks neat.

I’d never seen bees & wasps actually fight before…you can tell who had the upper hand. The bees ultimately tore the wasp apart. I was stung precisely zero times.
