There’s an apartment building a couple of blocks from my husband’s office that has a ‘happily filled’ sign - it’s one of the places more in need of revitalization in the area.
That’s a nice way of saying it’s an f’in dump.
I can’t imagine that anyone is happy to live there. The slumlord is probably just happy to be collecting his section 8 checks.
