Something appears to be missing here.
My best guess is that at least two wheels, on the same axle, contain an electric motor using the rim as a rotor and the hub as a stator.
dude’s driving in the rain with his windows open, not sure if he’s got the financial power to installed electric motors in separate wheels.
It’s a 4×4, you nerks… he’d just using the front wheels to drive it.
