I liked netscape back in the day. IE has been complete shit since day one. But now I stand in the wonder that is Firefox, and pity all other substandard browsers wimpering its’ shadow.
However it would be cool if you could have a gif framed in your home. Think harry potters moving pictures without the interaction of talking with them.

too bad firefox still has that memory leak problem…but it’s nothing compared to chrome deciding it needs to open a separate dedicated process for each video preview on the side of a youtube video. (I’ve seen it grab 1GB before…for the FF memory leak to eat that much, you need to have more than 100 tabs open for several hours straight.)
FF is currently using 2.5 gigs for 3 tabs, chrome is usualy 600 megs for 15.
holy crap…they must be sharing trade secrets on how to screw up…
…and yep…just confirmed it…killed FF and reloaded with 5 tabs…after 3 minutes I’m at 70Mb and climbing.
Remember when FF came out and they made fun of IE’s memory leaks… … …I think I’m going to switch back to Mosaic.
Yah – I well remember how awesome Netscape once was.
Now I have both Firefox (well Waterfox actually) and Chrome running constantly. So that I can have a different gmail account connected in each browser.
