      10 crunch and munches
      5 push-ups (flavor many vary)
      10 calf medallions in mushroom sauce
      25 white russians
      10 squats (thats alotta beef)
      20 high balls
      10 bowls of cinnamon toast crunch
      30 shots of triple sec..
      in 15 seconds..fuck the plank
