sad news, and I need your help

I usually wait for the queue to drop down to about a day out before I throw my own images into the mix, I’d rather let you guys submit. Armed with that knowledge…

My grandmother passed away early Saturday morning so I’m traveling across the country for the funeral. This all happened right as MCS was hitting a point that I would normally just post some images that I found myself, but since I’m on the road now, either I rely on your assistance with image submissions or the site runs dry by wednesday, and I won’t be back at a normal computer until Friday night ….

So, be kind and post some images so everyone doesn’t have to experience the horror of no new images on MCS?

Edit: “Condolences”?

have you ever used that word when there wasn’t a dead person involved? I mean, really now.

    Why do grandparents and parents have to die? I am now the eldest generation alive for either parents’ blood line. I’m the baby in the family (they were the babies in their family as well), so I’m not the eldest at least! ;)

    Sorry for your loss. I hope you and your family are doing OK. I do not know know to post, so I hope your long term friends will help out. If not I understand and can wait for your return to normal.
