From the looks of this Japan has the most wobbly plugs.
On a geektoid sidenote fact. I remember reading that the reason UK plugs have a third pin that goes to a fuse is that after WW2, so many houses needed rebuilding and copper was in short supply that it was decided to localise fuses within plugs thus reducing the number of wires needed to be threaded throughout a house.
