It’s probably duct tape on top of duct tape or some other substance. It is unlikely this is actually stuck to her.

I don’t know if it’s just me or if everybody else encountering problems with your blog.
It looks like some of the written text in your content
are running off the screen. Can somebody else please comment and let me know if this is happening
