Who do you think pays for all the uninsured people who show up in emergency rooms? The hospitals and doctors just treat them and pass the bill on to the people who can pay. The reality is, you’ve been paying for the uninsured for years, it’s why health insurance costs a fortune in the US. At least this way they get preventative care so we all pay less in the long run.

Medical procedures, medical devices, medications and medical overhead are all too expensive now, but we’re going to make it cheaper by tossing in the cost of a huge government bureaucracy on top of all those other costs? I guess that makes sense.
