Sort of. He only has Lannister blood, but children born of incest (unless you’re a Targarayen) are anathema. I don’t think he’d be allowed to have a status other than bastard, so perhaps Joffrey Hill, as those from the Westerlands are called. I might be slightly off in that assumption.
