Ep 1 would have a hell of a body count, there is a decapitation before the credits, incest, Tyrion in a whore house and the lanisters remotely near Jon Snow, Save the time and just shotgun the bottle.

The drinking game that I played was during episode one, and one of the rules was that you had to drink every time family members were in a scene together. That was a bad rule.
