I saw the article where the guy made this. Only the outlets plugged into are hooked up. He has those outlets marked on the socket so he knows there good.

If they all worked, the wall’s construction would be comprised solely of hundreds of plastic outlet boxes, rather than studs.

With shielded wires running to each. Which comes out to be a fuckton of cable. Which would probably be considered a hazard by any electrician with a lick of sense.
