Glad you added the disclaimer about fishbowls. I don’t like them either. People say the fish don’t care, but who really knows?

its not a matter of whether the fish cares or not. It’s a matter of there’s no adequate water circulation or oxygenation, which puts the fish in a stressful environment and thus prone to disease.
Fishbowls are just cruel.
