That’s Sheyla Hershey. She’s been in the news before. Her dream is to have the world’s biggest boobs and is currently at 38KKK.
She was profiled most recently on “My Strangest Addiction” which is where I think this clip is from. Unfortunately, they tried to spin her sweet and beautiful dream (boobs!) into something perverted and tawdry.

It was meant as sarcasm. Unfortunately, it did not translate.
I apologize for my crass and ill-advised attempt at humor. I failed to realize that when someone posts a gif of an extreme close-up of a busty woman doing stretching exercises that commentary is supposedly to be limited to the scholarly and the high-brow.
