Fights cancer? I enjoy it, but I besides giving you the munchies I don’t see how it helps.

that’s actually one of the reasons, yes, people getting chemotherapy will often have a huge dip in their appetite, both from the chemicals coursing through their bodies and from the depression of having a fatal disease.
So, appetite creator, pain killer, mood changer, all good things when you have cancers.
