I think he means when people get to prison this would be impossible because nobody is allowed to have a belt so they couldn’t low ride their pants.
Which is true.

Why do people continue to believe this urban legend?
January 11, 2012 at 2:11 pm
According to snopes.com, it began in prison, but not as a way to advertise for gay sex. So the first part is true, and the 2nd part was convenient for the rapists

Generally speaking, if a point strengthen’s one’s argument, their concern for it’s accuracy is negotiable.
Evolutionary study shows argument and persuasion are survival mechanisms by which the winner is more likely to survive – therefore, finding the “truth” of the matter isn’t any part of the goal even in our base, instinctual programming.
Arguing facts, trying to find truth, and admitting when you’re wrong simply mean you’re submitting to being the more likely one to die. Doing so in spite of that because we live in a civilized age takes some effort.

This is hilarious.
Wow.
It started with skateboarding you fucking dolts. In the late 80′s and 90′s new school skateboarding came about. Most of you if you were of age were probably in birkenstocks and high tops. You low ride you pants because when doing tricks over large sets of stairs etc the board can turn vertical between your legs. Having you pants like this saves your nuts.
Trust me I may have been about 11 but I remember this. Spike Jonze was still making music videos and skate board videos back then. It was such a great time that it still directs social sub culture trends.
But go ahead and claim it was a prison thing lol.

“for once“…?!?

well you certainly explained yourself well enough.
it’s clear you’re right. it started in prisons. with magic and because of…more magic.
and you backed it all up with a fantastic and current internet jab ‘fail’.
Your mom has a prison cock. And you’re not gay but you take it in the ass from strangers on the bus anyway.
The only thing that starts in prison is love stories like the one between your dads.
skateboarding also started flat brim hats, baggy jeans, and a host of other things black people try and take credit for. all well documented via the culture around it such as videos and magazines.
Sorry about your luck nigger but you can’t bullshit this one.
