dallasalice thinks using expressions that are part of our language and usually not meant literally, somehow would keep atheists from being attracted to Mila because she used a god one. Which is obviously the case, either that or dallasalice jumps at every opportunity, no matter how pathetic, to attempt to make atheists seem disadvantaged because they’re atheists.

I’m a militant atheist, in that I openly say that I don’t believe in god, not that I blow up people or shoot doctors.

It was a just a joke. And a pretty good one actually. The point being that a truly committed artiest would be quite torn being attracted to a really hot believer. Much like a vegan would be torn being attracted to a hot meat-eater or a Dem to a Republican. Or all vice versa.
Past that it doesn’t mean anything.

I don’t know if she meant it literally or not, but I don’t thing many non-believers say it either way.

Now that’s amusing since I would say just from the anti-Christian posts on this blog alone that atheists never pass-up an opportunity to insult Christians (and to a lesser extent, believers in general).
But no, I wasn’t jumping at an opportunity to make atheists seem disadvantaged. As I said, it was a joke which, by the way, could be turned around.

I’m a vegan democrat non religious and I’ve only ever been involved with Catholic meat eaters. You know, your conception of how much one’s own beliefs should dictate who they feel attracted to is quite grey. If you’re so in love with people who are exactly like you, why not masturbate and stay at home all day.
