There are a number of legitimate download services where pay for the download, the money goes to the developers so they can continue to make games, and again, no factory or CD involved.

And if you are using any device that uses electricity you are still causing pollution.

Yeah, but that happens in both cases. Obviously the third, most effective solution is to not buy the game at all and live in a mud hut, hunting at night and foraging by day.

I dunno bout you but I’d rather have a physical copy of something I buy. Music is fine. But games and movies, nuh uh.
