Plus roughly one million each of Cantonese, Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Korean speakers, most of whom also speak English.

And, to be honest, the “deep south” southern accent is a hell of a lot easier to understand than some of that “Fargo” shit. And have you ever heard the Hawaiian pigeon accent?

This is bullshit. There are a TON of people in the US that are originally from other countries. USA has the most multi language speaking citizens.
