I had the joy of shooting 2 whole rounds through a 50 Cal BMG (an Armalite AR-50 in fact) and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. No recoil to speak of, but everything that was on the shooting table at the range ended up on the floor due to the muzzle break’s blow back. That and the sheer resonation of the shockwave in my chest. One hell of an experience.
