It’d be way better if it was a GIF that spent 10 seconds like this and then for one frame it showed the creepy about-to-eat-your-face version.

If I remember right this is from a sceme of an episode of the series “Charmed”. These Statues were deamons and could only move and kill while someone’s blinking.
