Uhh, for my poor ass, an 8 pound lobster is unheard of. It was HUGE. I am curious, however, in what context this is a “normal sized” lobster… In the sea? or what?

I would have posted a pic with my 2 year old next to it for size, but I’m afraid of what some of the sick fucks that come here might do with said photo.

Did you cut it in half? How did you do that? I am guessing you cant eat the stuff to the front?

I just used a regular chef’s knife. It wasn’t super easy. Not sure you want to eat much else than the tail and claws. I guess you could….but it’s not very appetizing.
