Ah, Fallout New Vegas. Shame about the engine it’s on, but a fine return to some classic Fallout storytelling. And Ulysses, who wears the flag of the Old World on his back, looks like he’s gonna be an awesome character.
.
Gonna be hard pressed to beat Liberty Prime though

I’m playing New Vegas now. Where does this flag show up? I’ve seen lots of NCR, Legion, BOS, etc, but I haven’t seen this one anywhere yet.

It only shows up on some of the Old World posters. More in 3 than New Vegas, to be honest. But it’s all over the DLC as it’s a sign that Ulysses, the other courier, has been in the area.

I was just thinking it looked like it was out of Fallout.
I think that flag also appears a bit in Fallout 3

Just curious, can anyone explain the American flag fetish to me? It’s a flag.

Like any fetish, there isn’t anything to explain. It simply is.

seems to be missing the blood of Native Americans and innocent civilians.

No, no –they’re there. Look closer.

Glad you didn’t say innocent native Americans. That would be inaccurate.
