We can’t ALL live on Mcdonalds and Taco Bell. I like to try new things once in a while. Thai food, which is what we were making here, is good stuff. Break out of your mold….it’s ok…go for it. Try something that didn’t come in a box, bag, or styrofoam. (Real food).

People who wont try new things (anal/gay joke here) piss me off too, can’t explain why but it irritates me – disliking this horrible fruit is another matter though, it’s as if someone thought “hmm it tastes like rotting veg, but thats not enough, lets pour dairy on it and let it rot a while longer”

Would there be an issue with the fruit once the catapillar was in there? I don’t like the idea of guts bursting into my mouth but, is it fecal matter or something that would make it ill-advisable to eat? or just cos it’s “yucky”? (I wouldn’t eat it either, but curious if theres a genuine reason not to eat something with a worm/bug/catapillar in)

I ate deep fried silk worms in Nam once. It’s not my all-time favourite, but then again it’s not all that bad either. Besides, it contains about 4 times as much protein than beef, so it’s a great source of energy.
