  actually you don’t get a finger, you get a colonoscope, and it is about six feet long, so when it goes up your ass, it goes UP your ass…

  you know, I’ve had a prostate exam, and it’s a bit weirdly, surprisingly, painfully pleasurable.
  
  I’m happy that I don’t have to do it every day, but if it keep cancer away..

This does save lives, my father (45 at the time) had to have a foot of his large intestines cut out after they found early stages of cancer in it, which means I have to start screenings at 35 instead of 50, due to high risk.
